WHAT WE COLLECTThe information you submit through our inquiry form (name, organization, business email, phone, country, role, transaction details and message) and any information you send us by email.

WHYTo review and respond to your inquiry and, if a transaction proceeds, to carry out the counterparty verification required by law and by the banks involved.

WHO HAS ACCESSTrade Science personnel handling your inquiry, and the service providers that host this website and our email [name providers, e.g., Netlify and Microsoft 365]. Some of these providers store data outside Quebec and Canada. We do not sell personal information.

RETENTIONInquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within [period, e.g., 24 months]. Due diligence records are kept for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering rules.
